Bed Leveling failed and screen blackout on Factory asssembled XL (2 tool heads)
I received the factory assembled printer and enclosure last week. Once I got the printer up and running I performed all the self tests and calibrations. I have a MK4 at home but this was bought for the company. When I tried my first print PET-G, (The prusa enclosure wasnt installed yet.), I noticed that If I let the printer go through the absorbing heat, the bed leveling would fail. If I skipped it, it was fine and would print the part. The parts were small so bed adhesion wasnt a concern. I figured I'd check the community but couldn't find much. I've re-calibrated the Z-Axis with the bed leveling pin twice and decided to put it through a much thorough test. I decided to act as if I was to run a factory run of parts that encompasses most of the bed. ive noticed on the edges of the satin sheet the print nozzle during probing leaves lines which tells me the bed has a belly or a sag in the middle. on probe 91, you hear a slight vibration but then it moves on. same on probe 100. Then on probe 101 you hear the vibration and you immediately get the "Bed Leveling failed screen" I did let the printer go thru the heat absorption process also. If figured I'd go ahead and put the enclosure together and deal with this bed leveling issue once I had everything together.
Furthermore a new issue presented itself today after the printer sat all weekend off, after turning on the printer my LCD screen went black after a few minutes. If I pressed the reset button, it would show the boot loader version (2.4.1) then turn black again. the only thing that fixed this was a real power cycle and not a reset. This happened a few times before even printing. So I'm not sure what to make of this. The Firmware is 6.2.5+8912. Buddy board 9.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
RE:
Tech support helped me last night get the Z axis straight. all I had to do was loosen the two screws on each side of the top Z covers one turn. Now to see what we can do about the screen. Hopefully this will help someone later.

I just finished assembling my enclosure and a weird thing happened... When I started up the printer, I scrolled through the settings looking for where to enable the enclosure setting, and the screen went blank. I could reproduce it several times, if I turned the knob quickly the screen went black, if I turned it slowly it worked fine. Only explanation I could come up with was a loose connector somewhere, but once I found the enclosure setting and turned it on, it stopped going black. But if it was still doing it my next plan was to unplug and reseat all of the connectors.

Yeah once the enclosure was on, I found that setting and made sure that it was on. I've unplugged and plugged in the cable at both ends to no avail. Here's the funny thing. It only does it when it has been off for some time as if it needs to warm up to function properly. When I get to work in the morning, I'll turn it on. The screen will go black after you see the home screen. If i let it sit like that for 5 minutes, when I power cycle it, it starts working normally and works fine all day long. Same thing happens every morning when turning it on for the first time. Tech support said they were going to send me a new one.
