Bad quality

Hallo everyone My XL5th after 5 months of perfect printing has this issue in 1 toolhead. I print with esun pla using the prusa slicer profile.

The prusa support says the nozzle is clogged.

I try these without fixing the problem

Any suggestions?

Two possibilities:

A dirty fan - check the blades are clean and that there is no fine stringing wrapped around the hub.

Partial clog:

Let's try the extreme version of the technique on the page you linked above - go to the section 'Push new filament into the nozzle'

This time heat the nozzle to 10°C above the printing temperature of the hottest printing filament you use, take 50cm of dry PLA and push it into the nozzle - slowly at first then accelerating to as fast as it will go - finishing by immediately pulling the last of the filament out as fast as you can.

 Cheerio,
