Support narrowed the problem to a loose screw within the Tool Changer (Prusa Semi-assembled, Section 5, Step 5 https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/5-tool-changer-assembly_504693#504929) thanks for the help everyone!

I tried their resolution (adjusting the crash sensitivity) and it did not help :-)

What is the process for engaging company support as I have paid for support and I've got other issues?

No it's not normal. Mine does not do this.

It only homes at the start of a print, or if it's been sitting idle for awhile.

Hello fellow printers

Doing some initial prints with my XL 5TH and I noticed that it always does a home XY between tool changes?

Is this normal because it seems to add 20 seconds to every tool change 🤔
