Rattling noises only on the right side of the bed
Hi to all,
I do experience rattling noise while printing on right side of the bed,
While I do big prints, in which the extruder travels the x-axis from far right to far left (the y-axis is moving also), the ratiling is slowly beginning when the extruder crosses the x-middle line and increases on the left side.
As far as I can remember this was not the case when I bought the printer (factory assembled), it must have increased by the time (or perhaps the size of my prints also).
It's like having a bipolar printer. Left side is nice, the right side nasty. I doesn't matter wether I do normal or Input Shaper print, the location where I print matters.
I already swapped the original y-axis bearrings with misumi (incl. y-belt allignment and hotbed checking) and checked the belt tension with app and gauge --> no changes. Checked all screws

I greatly appreciate any support to get ride of this noise. My next guess would be to change the x-axis bearings... trial and error, I would prefer to know, what I'm doing. And yes, I'm one of this bastards how likes printing more than troubleshooting - God forgive me! 😉
