The roller is slightly smaller than the bearings; this wasn't the case in my first design!

It now provides good positive retention.

I might try that I knowbits a big Chace but could you change the connecting end to fit in the slots of a replicator 2 if you download the replicator 2 spool holder then add that end to this one it would be amazing and I would much appreciate it

I'm also finalizing a design with bearings.  in my case I needed one that would also work with the 3d upfitters enclosure on it.   I have one on the right side now I'm printing one for the left to verify design.  Then I'll probably post.

Here's what the right side looks like.  I may make some adjustments to the spindle to be slightly longer but this is the idea.

There’s a pretty good one for mk3/4 I’ve been using that inspired my design.  Look for filler on printables
