RE: Uneven defects on print over same LCD area
Hm ... I had similar effects, but in my case it were spots on / in my FEP. So this obviously is not the problem in your case since you changed it already.
But I can think of serveral more issues, that can cause similar behaviour ...
- Lints / sports between your display and the FEP (but I assume you cleaned this already since you also changed the foil.
- Dust particles on your display on the printer inside ... This can be cleaned off either by unscrewing and gently lifting the LCD panel from the top, or to remove the cover and use clean compressed air (for example a dust removal "spray" in cans) to remove particles.
- Dirt on your LED lense array ...
Before changing the display you can check for spots by putting a fine white (bleached) sheet of paper on your display and run the display test. When the irregularties cause such distortions in your print you might as well see them as uneven lit areas on the paper ... Maybe this is helping to hunt down the root cause.

RE: Uneven defects on print over same LCD area
Thank you, I have done a complete clean up again, it turned out much better.
RE: Uneven defects on print over same LCD area
An update on the issue: There is a huge hole appearing on my print today, seeing people having the same issue when the LCD starts to fail.
I guess mine is also starting to fail. I have ordered a new one , hopefully it will be arriving this week.
