UV light calibration error: Requested intensity cannot be reached by max. allowed PWM
Recently I have failed prints with my SL1 as these were not hardened enough and the prints a extremely soft and some parts a missing. My first guess was, that the UV LED's has a problem. Thus, I replaced the UV LED's with the original spare part.
No changes.
Next, I performed the UV intensity calibration with the UV calibrator (bought together with the LCD screen) under firmware 1.4.
This gives me the following error:
Looks like that the driver electronics for the UV LED's have a problem. Somebody else encountered such problems?
New driver board ?

Did you get any help with that?
I got the same problem in replacing new LCD Display.
Please let me know if you get anything.

I'm having the same issue.

By replacing the LCD the printer is working again. the LCD has a very limited lifetime. My interpretation is, that a degraded LCD has low contrast, and therefore not enough light is reaching the resin....

@gebi
Thanks for the reply. By LCD do you mean the print display (pictured below)? If so, I just replaced it and am getting this error calibrating it.
