Tilt stepper skipping steps
Hello everyone!
I've read a couple of topics regarding this issue and so far haven't found the answer or fix for it.
I've been using SL1S speed for a couple of weeks now and, remarkably, firs few prints were extraordinary and I couldn't believe how well machine was performing. However, after some time issues have started to occur, first cracking sound and than thumping. After some reading I've acknowledged that cracking sound is due to first couple of layers detaching from vat, which is ok and what I've "fixed" that with a thin layer of silicone spray to stop first layers extensively stick to vat.
After that, I have noticed the thumping sound, read a couple of forum posts, examined the internals of the machine and this morning watched closely as what was happening with the machine during printing. Of course that's the tilt stepper issue, but this time it wasn't due to suction (when retracting after the layer was cured), but when returning to position to print next layer. Watch the video:

It seems to me that the cured layer becomes too thick, and this excess of cured material adds up over time, causing the tilt bed to press up against the print and consequentially skipping steps.
I believe that it's important to notice that I haven't made ANY physical modifications on machine except taking down the front cover to see what happens inside. I also did not make any mods in slicer either. I'm using original Prusament resin tough bright yellow, and the ultra detail slicer settings for it. None of the settings have been modified. Also, machine was factory reset and re-calibrated right before I filmed this.
Could this be due to overexposure of the layer, and if so - could someone recommend how much to dial down the exposure and initial exposure time?
Thanks,
A
