Is it possible to have thick and sturdy support attachments points on part of the print while using thin attachment points for small details and more visible areas?  I'd like to use very thick supports on hidden surfaces to prevent the model from detaching from the supports while printing.  For detailed and visible surfaces I'd like to use the default supports.  Is there a way to specify different support thicknesses for different regions of a model's surface in PrusaSlicer 2.0.0?

Yes! Go to "SLA Support Points" -> "  "Manual editing".  There you can adjust the "head diameter" on a point by point basis up to the width of the "Support Pillar Diameter".  If you need even larger "head diameters"  increase "Support Pillar Diameter" in "Print Setting" -> "Supports"
