I'm expert in filament but new to resin.

While doing a factory reset the screen has a dark area that looks like a shadow. It's strange because the screen is clearly still displaying an image in it, and its sharp but not pixel sharp, and not rectangular.

Before I pull it apart and poke around in bits I don't understand, any ideas what this is? Asking because I didn't see any troubleshooting for the LCD test step having weird results vs not displaying at all.

TIA!

Whenever I try printing a model, after 10-15 layers, the printer starts doing a loud hammering noise. After some time, I cancelled the print and I noticed the print bed was unusually hot. For the nature of my research, I require using high temperature resistant resin. I am using the ANYCUBIC RIGID 100 resin for this. I have tried several exposure settings, and none have solved this issue so far. I also tried recalibrating the printer but to no avail. I bought this printer a few months ago and I am positive there is no resin blocking the tilt platform sensor. Any help on this would be appreciated. When canceling, the message that pops up is that the calibration process will not be completed if the step is skipped.

Solution, just ignore it and update the firmware.

After updating, you will be redirected to recalibrate. At the end, you'll notice the tilt bed timing calibration cycle no longer exists. The process would have been a lot easier, especially time saving, if that was the first step listed in the set up guidelines. Had to post this because I wasted a lot of time just following the set up guide. before downloading the firmware update, and the customer service chat kep asking me to send them pictures and videos without suggesting the update first.
