Tool Release: SL1 to Photon Converter
I wrote a little tool which converts SL1 files generated with Slic3r PE for the SL1 printer to the AnyCubic Photon file format. This means you can slice your models with Slic3r PE and print them on the Photon. I would label the current state of the tool as ‘pre-beta’. I currently don’t have much time to print on the Photon, so I would love to get some feedback from anyone who wants to give it a try. The github page should have all the infos you need. Please leave your comments here or write an issue if you encounter any problems!
You can find the project here: https://github.com/fookatchu/SL1toPhoton
I currently only have binarys for windows, but more will follow. Since it's only a Python script you can of course use the script without binarys for (hopefully) all platforms.
RE: Tool Release: SL1 to Photon Converter
Thanks for sharing this. I don’t own a Photon but I’m sure users will be happy to have the option to slice with Slic3r.

I just dropped in to thank you fookatchu for this. It works with prusaslicer 2.2.0 too.
