DLP Resin fabrication for mSLA
Hey guys,
I've been trying lately to prepare an acrylate based resin, which ultimately functions well when set to do a calibration test. However, all prints seems to fail afterwards when this same resin is submitted to print using newly acquired exposure times (Supporting pad starts to form well but then object layers sticks every time on the FEP Foil). The resin was properly filtered after each print and was again stirred for more than 24 hrs before submitting again.
Check marks before printing: proper slicing settings (Initial exposure: 35s, standard exposure: 34s), clean printing platform, Clean FEP foil & well-mixed resin.
Any tips or tricks for when encountering these complications when fabricating your own Resin? (Regarding viscosity margin as well)
And do you think mSLA is still the way to go in the future? or just regular SLA would be still preferred.
Thank you!
