Dimensions with lid open?
Hello all,
I'm preparing a ventilated cabinet for an SL1 with washing machine. Please could somebody give me the overall space required to comfortably run the machines side by side and, importantly, be able to open the lids? I can't find dimensions with the lids open anywhere.

I spoke with the online chat support and they said "sorry, we don't have the dimensions"!
Please could someone with a tape measure open the lid of their SL1 and measure the space the machine needs? With the lid open the depth of the machine increases a lot, and of course the height does too.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve my mk3 inside a vented cabinet, as part of a laundry reno (not much room in a 2 bedroom unit) and would like to know if the SL1 would fit. I suspect it’ll be a cm or two too tall when the lids open. The only other option I have is in the garage but I think it might be a tad cold.

My SL1 needs 74 cm to open (from table) and 14 cm extra from back side to make room for lid. Other measures should come from Prusa specifications.

Thanks for taking the time to measure up.
I've now received the printer and, leaving room for the power cable, usb stick, fan vents and fingers to undo the tray screws and lift the cover - I suggest:
Height 77cm
Width 30cm
Depth 40cm
