Parts of my print dont print
So I usually print 3 models at the same time and recently 1/3 doesnt print. It fails after about 5 layers. The pad is stuck on the FEP film. It's weird since the both other models print well. Maybe bad adhesion on parts of the build platform? Should I try to rough it up?

No bright ideas here. Just to clarify: it's printing in that area, but not peeling off? So its not an LCD issue?
My only thought would be try to change the base in that area, maybe give it more support in that area so a larger pad is generated. Just looking at your slicing, that area has some slightly smaller pads which might give it less grip.
That is what I would try, combined with making sure the FEP film is uniformly clean (people have mentioned soap/water).
I wouldn't rough up the build platform, that seems a bit difficult to undo.

So it prints 0.1mm of the pad in that marked area but then the pad sticks to the FEP foil. It seems like there is not enough strength in the connection to the build platform.

I had adhesion trouble initially that was resolved by cleaning the print bed *really* well with IPA and a clean cloth. You might also try re-calibrating (including resetting the bed position in the tower) and finally maybe run the first layer a little longer. Remember that you are curing from the bottom, so if the first layer is too short it'll stick to the FEP and not the bed.

What about hitting the build plate with 320 sandpaper and then clean with acetone.

The danger would be that you would round over the sides of the plate and it would no longer be flat. Remember that the plate is *extremely* flat and any material removal will make it less flat.
Acetone might be ok, does anyone know if it can cause the resin to not cure?
