Failed prints after upgrading to SL1S

Hi all!

I've done my fair share of prints with the SL1, most of them weren't perfect but I usually got about 80% of the objects printed (I print miniatures, about 6-8 of them per print).

Since the update my success rate has gone downhill dramatically, I'm only getting about 10% of the objects printed. I've calibrated the printer several times, and run the self-test and everything seems to be in order. I'm using the Prusament Resin Tough Anthracite Grey with default settings.

Is there any detailed guide to calibrate the printer, and any advice to tweak exposure times for the resin and such?

This is my last mostly failed print, the FEP is not properly cleaned because I'm going to replace it and start from scratch.

Thanks in advance!

Seems like the prints aren’t adhering to the build plate? You’re losing the tug of war match b/w the build plate and FEP. Did you calibrate using a piece of paper between the plate and LCD screen?

Nope, I didn't know that trick. I'll do it next time.

Thanks!
