MK3S+ Firmware Update
I am new to 3D printing. I bought this printer used, the man said it has the following never been used. I am trying to update the firmware from 3.11.0-4955 to 3.14.0. when I try I get the following message:

avrdude-slic3r done. Thank you. I have tried 4 different cables, 2 computers, 4 usb ports. I don't know what to do. Please help.
