MK3.5 Allowed Bed Plates
Hello! I'm upgrading my my MK3S to an MK3S+ and then to MK3.5. While doing that I also wanted to get a textured bed (I've wanted one for a while). However the PRUSA website says the textured bed (the "satin" bed, too) is not compatible with the MK3.5. I can't imagine why it wouldn't be compatible (PINDA sensor stuff?) and the 3.9 and 4.0 are listed as compatible. I don't want to pull the trigger without confirmation.
I could always aske the PRUSA chat, but I've never used it before. So, I thought to check if anyone in the forum uses a textured bed with their MK3.5 or knows why it wouldn't work.
RE: MK3.5 Allowed Bed Plates
I am using Satin sheet with my Mk3.9
I believe the Mk3.5 still uses a Pinda, in which case I can't see any reason why it would not work with a textured or satin Build plate,
this may be an error in the text
I will check.

The Smooth PEI and Textured PEI sheets are listed as not compatible with the MK3.5 too.
Here is the description for the Textured PEI sheet:
Double-sided textured PEI powder-coated spring steel sheet for Original Prusa i3 MK3/S/+ and MK2.5/S heatbeds.
MK3S MK3 MK2.5S MK2.5 MMU2 SMK3S+ MMU2 MK4 MK3.9 MMU3
Not compatible with

RE:
Ok, I did get on the official PRUSA chat. They confirm the beds, both the Satin and the Textured ones, are compatible with the MK3.5. Below is their official response:
"Haha sure thing, Steel sheets for the MK3s+ and MK4 (and variants, MK3.5, MK3.9) are all compatible between each other."
I think this makes my question solved. I'll mark it as solved so others can see it, and I hope they update the website. Thanks to those who helped.
RE: MK3.5 Allowed Bed Plates
I believe the compatibility information has now been changed.
Smooth, textured and satin build plates now marked as compatible with Mk3.5
