MMU3 Support with MK3.5?
I am currently running an MMU3 on my MK3S+ and would love to be able to speed up my prints, particularly a 30 hour MMU print I print almost weekly. Any word on if the 3.5 upgrade will support the MMu3 at release? I know this will rely on a MK3.5 MMU Input Shaper printer profile which I currently don't see for the MK4 as they are still working on the MK4/MMU3 combo.

I too am interested in the answer to this. When the MMU3 first came out I asked this question to support before I ordered, and they told me the only difference was the connection to the extruder assembly.....I kind of doubt this is all there is....
I also checked the comparison table on the MK3.5 upgrade page and it claims it is supported. I ordered the upgrade as soon as I got the email it was in stock, but I really hope I don't have to sit on it and not upgrade for ???? some unknown amount of time until it is actually supported.

I just asked Prusa support chat about this. Short answer: It will not be supported yet.
In addition to what you mentioned with the slicer profiles.....the firmware is still in development, and an MMU3-> xBuddy cable is also not released yet. I asked them if they could pass up the chain that some communication on this would be good as multiple people have posted on social media trying to determine the answer, and they said it was already being worked on.

Yup, looks like it will be at some point. If anything being a Prusa user has taught me to be patient. 🤣 I also have a REVO nozzle and support for that is upcoming as well.
