I would still redo z-calibration. Try to go lower (optimally until the lines stick) but stop if the patch surface is starting to look "wavy on the underside". The patch can look already somewhat ok when you are actually still a bit too high.

It can be of course that you have a partial clogg as well. Does the non-sticking line look too thin or is maybe interrupted? A cold-pull should resolve that. If you print, especially PLA too cool clogs can occur frequently, but that also depends a lot on the brand, with some more prone to that than others.

So I printed some things a couple days ago and all was well. Yesterday I tried to print what should be the simplest thing imaginable, a cube 50mmx50mmx3mm and absolutely nothing would adhere to the bed. I cleaned the plate which didn't help. Tried a different filament which also didn't help. I then tried the whole calibration and if I tweaked the Z-offset done by -1.2mm it would sort of adhere but only on thick lines like the initial purge line. As soon as it started to print the border around the print it wouldn't adhere at all. I tried lowering down to -1.3mm but that made things worse. I slowed all the speeds down and that didn't seem to help at all. When I run the Z-calibration the ending "patch" which is a little rectangle seems to print okay but all the lines leading up to it basically have zero adhesion. I'm guessing I have a flow rate problem although I used a nozzle cleaner to poke up into the nozzle and didn't feel any obstruction. I've ordered the correct metric wrenches to remove the nozzle so I can replace it but wondering if there are any other things I should be trying?

Thanks much for any advice.
