What is causing these wavy lines?

Was printing fine before I upgraded and after upgrading this is what I am getting. The printer passes all of the self tests.

I suspect that your toothed motor pulley is loose on the motor shaft! allowing the pulley to randomly shift position, this can cause the printed model to suffer layer shifts that move back and forth the same amount.

one of the toothed pulley grub screws should be firmly tightened against the centre of the flat on the motor shaft.

You nailed it! I figured it out shortly after I posted while I was double checking the belt tension and sure enough there was a loose set screw. Thank you very much!
