First layer wavy deformations

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an unexpected issue with my MK 3.5. The first layer is deforming, specifically in the middle area of the build plate. I measured the bed temperature at several points — it’s mostly uniform except for the right side, which is about 10 °C cooler. However, the deformation still occurs in the center.

I've attached pictures showing both sides of the affected layer. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Thanks in advance!

It does not solve the problem at all.  The bed has been properly leveled.  I forgot to mention that these problem arises usually when the surface of the layer is big enough. In the case of small squares of the test model there is no problem.
