I think through the whole layer. It looks not exactly like above (not any more). Now it looks like there is constantly not enough flow so the neighboring lines do not connect. Third layer again is perfect.

I have the same problem. Everything worked before the Upgrade from MK3S+ with MMU. The problem gets worse, the less filament is extruded and better (but not solved ) when the temp is reduced (down to 205°C in my case).

Printing speeds do not significantly differ from MK3S+ in my test scenario.

Tried this:

- adjusted idler screw tension in both directions

- dried my filament

- reduced speed

- higher temp

- reduced temp

- rerunned temp calibration

- readjusted Z-Adjust

- finetuned bedlevel

- inspected Bondtech gears and teeth

- shortened filament path and reduced friction to absolute minimum

- tried different profiles (MK3.5 single profile and MK3.5 with MMU profile and my MK3S+ with MMU filament profiles)

- tried other filaments

- cold pulls

- changed nozzle

I have no idea what to try next. Revo hotend/high flow nozzle? But why isn't one in the packet if needed? With the extra money for this I could almost have had a 3.9...

@andypants : could you get it to work? How?
