Trouble Printing with MatterHackers PVA

Hello all,

I have been having trouble printing with PLA and PVA (MatterHackers). Some reoccurring issues I have encountered include the PVA not being detected by the IR sensor leading to a blob of PVA and MMU error, the MMU3 having trouble loading or unloading the PVA and sometimes the PLA, and thus the software crashing mid-print when fixing it. Sometimes the PVA will even get tangled within the MMU.

Some of the troubleshooting I have done includes calibrating the IR sensor to be as sensitive as possible for the PVA, making the nozzle temperatures the same for both materials at 215 C, changing retraction rates for stringing, and enabling the '"High extruder current on filament swap" setting.

Does anyone have any suggestions? It has been hard trying to get a 17 hour print done when it won't make it past the 1st hour without an error occuring.

Please let me know of any parameter changes that may have worked .Thank you!
