MMU3 Unresponsive After Failed Print – Only LEDs Blinking, No Function
Hello,
I recently had a failed print, and since then, the MMU3 is no longer working. When I restart the MK4, the carriage moves back and forth, but I can no longer load filament into the MMU3.
In the "Filament" menu, the options "Load to MMU", "Advanced Load", and "Unload from MMU" are grayed out and cannot be selected.
I’ve already tried turning off the MMU in the menu, restarting the MK4, then re-enabling the MMU and restarting again — but that didn’t help. I’ve cleaned the MMU and removed any remaining filament, but nothing seems to work.
The firmware versions are 6.2.3+8862 for the MK4 and 3.0.3 for the MMU.
One more piece of information: When the printer is restarted, LEDs 1–3 light up green as normal. Shortly after, LED 5 starts blinking green very rapidly, and LED 4 blinks more slowly in orange [EDIT: this was the one in use with failed print]. Then the carriage moves back and forth, and all the LEDs turn off.
Anyone an idea how to solve this?

It was a stuck piece of filament in the printer head. Works fine again.
