MMU cuts filament in slot 1 square

I have MK4S and a MMU3 latest released firmware update as of 2/2/25.

I have a problem when printing large files that require 100's + tool changes.
Specifically, if I print something small with only a hand full of tool changes using slots 1 - 4 I "usually" don't have any issues, but not always.
When printing something with a large number of tool changes, again using slots 1 - 4 I can always expect it to eventually have a problem with loading slot 1.
When the load fails it is always at the extruder. It gets stuck/jams before the filament sensor.
When I unload the filament, the end is always flat on the end. No point on it at all.
Once I put a point on it and reload it, it will the load fine a number of times and then it happens again.

Now if I take the exact same print, re-slice it to use slots 2 - 5 it will print fine from start to finish.

It does not matter what color/type of filament is in slot 1, it always happens. But not on any other slot.

Has anyone experienced this and if so, did you come up with a solution?

Thank you in advance,
Rusty
