HW Crash

Had a crash last night because one of the corners on my print vent loose and lifted, but when I wanted to abort it did not preheat before attempting to unload the filament, so it came with an error that the sensor is stuck, resulting in having to reset the machine, and do it the "old way".

RE: HW Crash

Had the same thing happen on 3 separate machines, it doesn't seem to take into account the hotend temp when trying to unload after an error.

Hi, do I understand these steps correctly?

  1. Start a print
  2. Motor crash => until the screen shows message to abort print or resume
  3. Wait for nozzle to cool down
  4. Click 'Abort print'
  5. Observe issue => Printer tries to unload filament while nozzle is cold

RE: HW Crash

I created a ticket for this internally so a fix can be discussed.
