I'm beyond frustrated with Prusa. Sorry, I ordered on the very first day you could order a MMU3 for a MK4. No updates and when I talked to the Helpdesk I was told it should ship this week. Funny, they told me that last week. No promised shipping schedule and in 2 weeks they can't even ship day 1 orders? I know this is common with them but come on folks.

Like everyone else that ordered the MK4 MMU3, I fronted Prusa an interest free $300 loan (closer to $400 with added items in the cart) for 8+ months. Day 1 order here still waiting for a tracking number.

You must also consider that you have received €50 in savings. Only as a voucher but not bad in percentage terms..

So Prusa started the production finally. My MMU3 for MK4 status has changed to "Shipped" 10 min ago.

My complete kit with printed parts arrived a few minutes ago. Now I just need to find time to open and assemble it.

It's interesting to see how much faster the MMU backlog is cleared out compared to a printer. I wonder what percentage of printer owners get an MMU?

You might be waiting a bit longer. I'm still waiting on my day 1 order so unless the rest of week 30 has only a few orders this will more than likely slip. We're in the 3rd week of shipping and still not done with day 1.

For those trying to interpret the cryptic shipping info table, google can translate your order date into a week number :-). I'm looking at last of April, first of May time fame given the current table.

Just received shipping confirmation of my order place on 27/07 at 23.37 for MMU3 unit with printed parts, I added some extra items the other day hoping the dispatched notification would appear soon..

So I got my shipping notification at 19:30 gmt+2 for my MMU3 Order with the printed parts + tools for assembly.
i ordered early on the 28/07/23 like 1-2 am.
seems like they are slowly finishing the first day orders & moving on. Happy multicolor printing ya all!

Was late to the game ordering a MMU2s -> Upgrade as I had a significant challenge getting it to work with the Mk3 and lived through the 3s and + upgrades to try and get it to work. Eventually stopped printing and just got back into it. Have been fairly happy with the printing aspect of the Mk4, although less than happy with prusalink and connect. Ordered MMU3 kit on Mar 12 (week 12). Table say's It wont ship till June 10th. Which is 9 weeks. From now. How is it I could place a new order and they claim the lead time is the same as my order from a month ago? According to the table if you ordered a week after me, there's a possibility a new order would get there's before you. Obviously, table or lead time is not right. I can see not much has changed here and starting to regret going with the mk4 after all. There was a lot of other options on the market now but I went with the comfortable shoe I knew, but this is way too similar to the shipping issues with the Mk3, and I see the Mk4 had the exact same issues, the XL as well. Once I understand, but this is a repeat problem.
