Filament buffer plate - where to buy?

I had the original buffer from MMU2 and I have no idea where I put them. I've turned my house upside down and couldn't find it. I'll bite and buy new one, but Prusa store doesn't offer any replacement. I saw on Amazon, but $79.66 for six plates. 😯 I've google for it, but no luck. I saw on Thingiverse that you can print one, but smaller size, I would rather original size.

Anyone know how to obtain them? Much appreciated.

Have you asked Prusa?
Even though they are not listed in the store, they may still be able to provide.

Funny, I haven't thought of emailing them! 🤣 And I just emailed them.

I believe he was referring to live chat with Prusa customer service - if you go to Prusa page (not forum), click Chat Now on bottom right corner. But we can continue chat via private messenger. 😊

I agreed with that, but the live chat usually connect to technical support. Last time, I talked with them, they were no help with any product on store page. I have used email and was able to get better assistance from them (the time MK3 upgrade to MK3S - it wasn't displayed in store page and I was able to obtain it via email.)

Yeah, thank you for that. I can wait for their respond. But hopefully, I can receive from daSpud or I happened to find my old buffer plates before I hear back from them. 😊

I too have the buffer plates but am not using them. They will be thrown away in the next few days unless you(or someone) wants them. Just PM me.

RE: Filament buffer plate - where to buy?

Thank you guys. Allow me tell you short story:

Someone offered me a free buffer plate as long as I pay for shipping - which I did. And MMU3 package arrived and then I discovered that buffer plate is already included in the MMU3 order. I got confused when I paid for MMU3 - which Prusa titled "Original Prusa MMU3 upgrade kit (for MK3S+)" - which I immediately assume it's upgrade from MMU2s to MMU3. But when I received the package, it look like stand alone and full version MMU3. I think the title was bit misled, and they shouldn't have that "upgrade kit" in the title.

I got email back from customer service last Saturday and they said they do not sell buffer plate in their store. Well, here's the answer. 😀

May I ask how much you paid because maybe prusa accidently sent you the full kit

It would have been the full kit. I don't know why these are noted as "upgrades".

The $89 MMU2 to MMU3 upgrades aren't available yet.
