Does the MMU3 fit in my cabinet?

Hello

I want to upgrade my MK4 to MK4S and order the MMU3 with it.

My printer is in a cabinet and doesn't have much space, so I'm not sure if the MMU will fit. Can someone measure how high the printer is with the MMU? My cabinet is 50 cm high inside.

I would go through the wall with the tubes on the left from the MMU.

The buffer and the coils should then be on the outside of the cabinet wall.

The wooden box is the old spool holder and will be removed.

Will it be easy to use later?

Greetings

PS: Sorry for my English, I'm working with Google Translate...

So it's not a problem in terms of height, but whether you'll have “fun”

with the hoses and the bending radius is another question.

The MMU3 will definitely fit!

cheers!

The MMU3 will definitely fit in height. The hose must come close to the back wall at about the height where the Z-axis is now to avoid sharp angles in the curves, because in fact they enter the MMU from the back from below, not from the top as it is drawn.
