Prusa has gone down hill

Ever since Covid and the failure of the XL super delay launch,  everything we procure from them has missing or substandard parts.  They appear to be spreading themselves thin and are no longer a quality-based company.  We have finally found time to assemble the MMU3 after several delays and excuses from Prusa,  and part way through, we have found several parts missing / bags.  And now we have to wait 45 minutes on chat for a resolution; this company has lost its way and perhaps needs new leadership.  No, this is not the first time or the second time. This is a recurring issue with delays, excuses, supply chain, COVID-19, and what is next.  Their once impeccable reputation for quality and customer service is now growing. Eroded while other companies are starting to dominate the market.  This is forcing their loyal customers to look for better alternatives.  Need to find better leadership.

The problem is that when Josef started, he surrounded himself with people who cared about the success of the company. But in the meantime, Prusa Research grew and became big. Josef, instead of devoting himself to the management of the company, goes to all kinds of trade fairs and promotional events and left the management of the company to all kinds of people who are not concerned with the company at all but with their own financial benefit. Unfortunately, the company as such pays for it with a reputation that is falling and falling. But again, unfortunately, this is the fate of all companies that were created in this way, when all kinds of "managers" flock to the company, who only look out for their own benefit and do not care about the company. And when the company closes, they move "one house further" and rely on the fact that someone will employ them. Politicians behave in exactly the same way, only pleasant talk and no results.

Well, getting parts across the globe is painstaking; this is the 3rd time.  This is just being sloppy; I say this not just because of a few instances with parts being left out of shipments for a few orders,  but with order delays,  lack of commitment to customers, excuses, and they become very difficult to work with and reliable.   I guess hobbyists may not find this a big deal; however, for a business, a few parts here and there end up weeks later with having down machines and a loss of business.   I am dealing with Prusa customer support as I am writing this post, and they are clueless about which parts/bags are included in these kits, there isn't an inventory list how many bags and what they contain....sad

I love Prusa, but it's starting to feel more like a garage startup rather than a 10 year old company with a high reputation. Constant product delays and embarrassingly slow order fulfillment. My MK4 has been down for a week while waiting for a new nozzle heater. I placed the order a week ago, and it hasn't even shipped yet. DHL received the shipment information 5 days ago, yet they haven't received the shipment yet. I don't even know why Prusa acquired Printed Solid since most filament is out of stock and you can't get parts like this from there.

I could've ordered a new Bamboo Labs printer and received it before Prusa even ships my small part.

It is even worse.  I just bought a XL with 5 print heads and enclosure for over $4,000 and I get an error during boot up, fan check failed od 4 of 5 fans, the fans are running, their help only says check the wiring which I have done and now I am trying to chat to get help but the que is so long that their chat software drops you while you are waiting,   I was in que for an hour with it saying 2 minutes left and it dropped me.  I restarted the chat and now it says 30 minutes.  The last time it said 25 minutes so it is now a longer wait and what are the odds  they will get to me before they drop me again!   This is clearly a issue they could address!  This has to be an example of the worse customer support I have ever seen!
