Headache limit hit... What do I need to print to make this thing work?

When I first got it together I managed a 2 hour print with 32 color changes.  That was the only headache free print.  I've been trying to run down the issues as they come up, but would just love it if someone would just list the things I need to print.

I'm currently running the following mods: MMU2 Reset Button, Prusa MMU2S Rear PTFE M10, Dunil Idler Body (love the easy release tabs), Jfromel Idler (great idler to motor connection!), Vintagepc Selector.

Rather than printing and trying everything, can I get some clues please?

The mods that I found to be most handy are the Bowden tube manifold, the cut-off switch, and the knurled extended knobs for the tension screws.

You have probably already printed the most used upgrades… unfortunately there is no guide to happiness for the MMU. Just a bunch of specific solutions to specific problems. If you want help, you need to be a lot more specific of what issues you have run down already and how and what exactly is happening now.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

I tried the knobs but they kept breaking. This idler top has been nice so far.  It has latches that you set the tension screws on and then you just clink and unclick it without adjusting over and over again.  And this Idler was another fantastic one (no major changes, but the way it mounts to the motor is much more secure).

Please post a link to that Cut-Off Switch.  I've been wanting to do that one for a while.  I also want to make a quick  release connector so I can remove the MMU without having to unscrew the power connectors all the time.

I'm currently having 2 main issues: feed issues and tip/debris issues.

Last night I revisited my intake ports.  Using 4/3 tube was causing a jam where the tube hits the idler body.  Current solution, I put a section of 4/2 tube in there to better guide it.  This may work well with a little refinement.

Selector issue:  Using the selectors with the open FINDA port was causing filament to eject through that opening.  Current Solution: returned to the original selector, but reintroduced the debris problem.  I think I need a better selector (suggestions)

Debris problem: any filament that missed the eject remains in the pathway, usually hairs/strings.  This builds up really fast.

Tips: using stock Prusament PLA with prusa settings and I get stringy tips.  This is a new problem I an researching.

MK3S+ Printer setup oddities: Bear Frame (2 years and running, just refitted it and rechecked the dimensions with a machinist square), Revo-6 (6 mo running and lovin it).  No other major mods.

Those knob extensions may be a bit fragile if printed in PLA.  I did mine in PETg and they are adequately strong.

Another user asked me about the switch housing, but I was unable to find it in the current Printables section.  If you PM me your email, I will send it to you.
