Big lumps of melted filament running my print with MMU2S
Hi, I'm trying to print with the MMU2S and get some big lumps of melted filament, which end up scratched and teared off by the extruder passage and then my printing is ruined.
I'm using the same settings (temperature) as my other printers without MMU2S (I have 5 of them), and they work fine. But not with the MMU2S, I can't get a decent print.

A couple of things... you live Z is set a bit too low. you can see the nozzle pressing into the filament.
Did you check the hot end itself. with it cold. does the heat block move / spin at all?
Try to look on the sides of the heat block to see if there is any plastic or burned plastic that is drooping from the top.
From the first photo it looks like plastic is leaking from the top or bottom of the heat block and is depositing the blob then it sticks to the print and the nozzle is pulling the blob off of it again...
If everything is solid and no leaks... does it do it with any other filament?

Thanks a lot. I set the Live Z a bit higher (+100) and the problem is solved! Now it looks pretty good, yehaaa !

I found that using a E3D v6 Pro Sock (the one that covers the brass nozzle) helps greatly at reducing blobs:
