Creating multi colour format file from .WRL file

Hi,

I've found a wrl file that I'd like to print with my MMU in multi colours. The WRL file has multiple coloured objects in it that I can visualize with Netfabb, but I have been unable to figure out a way to filter by colour so that I can export multiple STL's for PrusaSlicer

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to approach this?
