Will not load filament into extruder
I am having an issue with the filament not loading all the way into the extruder. I have tested all sensors and they do trigger when supposed to. Video
As seen in video, light on when sensor is triggered. To me it seems like it unloads the filament passed the gear and sensor opens then unloads back to mmu2 unit. Is there an adjustment for how far it the filament is unloaded after being loaded into the nozzel? Firmware is the latest for prusa for printer and mmu2s
I have another prusa with the mmu2 and it works fine.

Hi Barry
Did you find a solution for your problem? After having lots of troubles with mmu loading/unloading errors I made extensive modifications to the extruder and sensor assembly (wider PTFE tubes, pass through festos, longer arm for filament sensor). No more errors now.
However, after some 150 tool changes it does the same as yours: Loads to extruder, filament sensor triggers, some noise and the filament gets unloaded again.
Right now I'am investigating, whether the tip of said filament somehow doesn't fit into the hotend PTFE. I don't believe this to be the case as I replaced it a couple of days ago. Moreover, if I restart the print it works again without any clog removal.

There, they mention that this might be solved by setting the Extra Loading Distance in the slicer to 0. I'm still investigating the meaning of this setting.

Update, I fixed this for me:
Printer Settings → Single extruder MM setup → Extra loading distance: -19 (instead of -25)
