Problems after upgrading

Greetings

My problem is: Underextruding on the right side on my buildplate, it starts to click, and wont extrude anything ...

if I move the object to the far left on the buildplate it will print with no issues.

I have made a complete recalibration, and I did not have this problem before I upgraded to the MMU2S (got a MK3S+)

It continues to click even after the first layer, so I dont think its the Z offset which is too tight.

I have ofc. updated both units firmware.

Looks like too much friction in the filament path. Depending on the x-position of the extruder you have to much friction in the PTFE between selector and extruder. Try checking the filament path in the MMU (small PTFEs, selector and MMU parts) for grades and misalignment, same on the chimney of the extruder. If it does not help, consider buying larger inner diameter PTFEs, for example 2.5mm.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

RE: Problems after upgrading

Thanks for the reply, followed the path all the way back to the spools, tried to disconnect the buffer, seems like it was the major problem.... Gonna do some test prints to see if it was that, thanks again for the reply. 🙂
