MMU2S will not change to next filiment (video)

My MMU2S recently started having issues advancing to the next filament. Now, I can't even get it to home and load any filament. Here is a video of the LED error codes:

I have gone through the support guides and verified the steps for this article: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/mmu2s-leds-meaning_2187

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Matt

Have you considered printing the MMU3 parts for your MMU2?

there is one item which is more difficult to obtain (the aluminium connector for the idler body to the idler motor)
there is a printed alternative

embedded Pneumatic collets are available from E3DOnline

Hi Joan! - Are the MMU3 parts compatible with the MMU2S electronics/steppers?

Thanks
Matt

Hi Matt.

The mmu3 uses the mmu2 controller, motors and Finda. Plus a new power board.and new cable .

The new cable is machine specific. I have the MK3 cable. There will be a different one for the MK4 printer

There are many differences in the plastic parts for the mmu3.

I believe some folk have successfully used mmu2 electronics with a buck convertor to power the Mmu then installed mmu3 firmware and plastics.
