                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="23" data-end="210">Hello,</p><p data-start="23" data-end="210">After upgrading to <strong data-start="42" data-end="64">MMU2S firmware 3.0</strong>, my printer stopped feeding filament properly. The gears spin and bearings move, but the filament isn’t grabbed. No hardware changes were made.</p><p data-start="212" data-end="310">Support suggested upgrading to <strong data-start="243" data-end="251">MMU3</strong> or downgrading firmware, but I wanted to keep using 3.0.</p><p data-start="312" data-end="468"> I was getting a <strong data-start="340" data-end="366">"cannot feed to FINDA"</strong> error. Tightening the two screws on the motor shaft and then slightly loosening them fixed the issue.</p><p data-start="312" data-end="468">Thank you so much!</p>]]></content:encoded>
