After upgrading to MMU2S firmware 3.0, my printer stopped feeding filament properly. The gears spin and bearings move, but the filament isn’t grabbed. No hardware changes were made.

Support suggested upgrading to MMU3 or downgrading firmware, but I wanted to keep using 3.0.

 I was getting a "cannot feed to FINDA" error. Tightening the two screws on the motor shaft and then slightly loosening them fixed the issue.
