MMU2 n/a
My Prusa MK3S is not recognizing the MMU, I am looking for the 24/7 live chat in the support but I can't find it

Did you also update the MMU2 firmware to MMU2S?
Live Chat is usually on the e shop pages, it opens up about 3 seconds after the main page opens, so if you rush, you might miss it..

Literally just looked and 'Chat now'. is available (at least it's available in the Uk! 😉 )
