MMU Unresponsive and cannot downgrade firmware after 3.0 update

I updated my Mk3S+ with new firmware and then update my MMU2S to new 3.0 firmware. It made a stepper motor noise for about 2 seconds and turned off. Now no lights turn on and will not accept new firmware. Please help

Bonjour, j’avais le même souci et je l’ai réglé avec la dernière mise à jour du driver :

I had the same problem. Downgraded both the printer and MMU2s to 3.12.2 fixed the problem. Good luck.
