MM2S / Wrong Temperature while doing cooling moves

I have an unsolved problem: Printing PLA with 212° and using a soluble support 200°.

When unloding the support material ther are 2 cooling moves. However, this is no cooling because the nozzle is heated up for the PLA.

I edited the G-Code and added a cooling temperature and moved the 212° to the section CP Load.

That helped a lot (thank you Hans Frimmel: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mmu2s-mmu2-hardware-firmware-and-software-help/mmu2-reliable-printing-by-moving-temperature-settings-within-the-gcode/#post-129645).

Still I could not produce a nice sharp cone when unloading the support material. There is no documentation about ramming and why PRUSA settings for cooling speeds are in contrary to the settings of slice3r? For the Verbatim filament the ramming velocity is not possible because of the max volumn speed, or am I wrong?

Prusa, please tell us the meanings of these parameters!
