Major issue with MK2.5S MMU2S FW1.0.6-372 (and Octoprint?)

I have a 100% repro fault that started to appear after the latest FW update to MMU unit (1.0.6-372) and printer itself (3.9.1-3518):

  • Switch printer on, wait for boot sequence to end
  • Open Octoprint and connect to printer
  • Load a filament
  • Start printing

-> MMU does unnecessary ('calibration') travel, gets back to filament in question and starts blinking all 10 leds for a while, does the 'calibration' travel cycle again and ends up the blinking leds. Repeat until.

If I switch off the printer for ~3 seconds and restart the print from Octoprint the printing starts properly. Repro every time.

Also today attempted to print filament leftovers and the same blinking endstate happened when the finda detected filament end.

Neither of these problems occurred with the previous MMU FW.

Does anyone else with MK2.5S&MMU2S have similar problem?

Nevermind - this was a SUE (Stupid User Error)

I needed to oil the bars on which the MMU head unit moves on.
