Is there a way to auto-select the filament? (Avoid prompt at start of print.)
I am using the Prusa i3 MMU2s in "Single" mode.
Each time I print it prompts me on the LCD screen to select the filament (Filament 1, Filament 2, etc...)
Is there a way to omit this prompt and to have it use the default (pre-loaded) filament, or else to specify a specific filament so that it doesn't need to be manually selected?
Why? When I finish a print I usually set everything up for the next print. That way using Octoprint I can get things started remotely. But when in "Single" mode I have to walk down to the printer each time I start a job to manually select the filament type.
RE: Is there a way to auto-select the filament? (Avoid prompt at start of print.)
Look into the Octoprint plugin named "Prusa MMU2 Select Filament". It won't select filament automatically, but will allow you to select filament through the Octoprint web interface.

Look into the Octoprint plugin named "Prusa MMU2 Select Filament"
Instead of "Prusa MMU2 Select Filament" you probably mean: "OctoPrint-Mmu2filamentselect"
Thank you for the suggestion. It looks like it will perfectly doe what I needed.
