Compiling the firmware for MMU

Is there something special I need to do to compile for the firmware for the MMU2 (with a Mk2.5)?

I have successfully compiled the firmware and used it _without_ the MMU, but when I try it with the MMU, the lcd prints some corruption and it fails.

Do I need a special define for the MMU?
