upgraded mk3 mmu2 to "s" will not load to nozzle

Hi need help I've done the upgrade to the MK3 and MMU2 to the "s" all went well until it goes to load the filament. It gets to the IR sensor and then stops straight away and the gears can't pick the filament up its like the MMU stops to soon and doesn't push the filament far enough. I've flashed the printer and the MMU with the latest firmware with no difference in the outcome. Any help would be great.

Three things:

1. Have you upgraded the IR sensor with the MMU2S parts? (The ball and magnets are not used and there is a sensor trigger arm on the idler door)
2. Ensure that the tension is not too high
3. Ensure that the sensor trigger arm is aligned correctly - check the LCD sensor status; IR sensor should read 0 without filament.

Had the same issue, for me it turned out to be a finicky IR sensor (just the vibration of the printer triggered it already), check out this post
