Re: Slic3r Prusa Edition 1.41.2-FINAL

I would like to suggest that the support layers immediately below/above ("touching") the part be printed in the same color as the part when the support is set to print with "current extruder" (option 0).

This will keep the bottom/top of the part from having little nubs that stand out on the surface, and only enforces a maximum of two more tool changes.

I maintain an informal list of San Diego, CA 3D printing enthusiasts. PM me for details. If you include a contact email and I can add you to the informal mailing list.

Re: Slic3r Prusa Edition 1.41.2-FINAL

so a few of us have noticed when printing "printer soluble supports"
it changes the speed% on the operator panel. for the soluble material.

where is that setting in slicer? that is about all I would need to print all my materials easily.

when playing with multi materials before I had my MMU is was the easy way to get it to work.

any chance to have something that easy would rule.

if you get what mean.
volume metric speed doesn't seem to be as easy.
but sitting at the operator panel slowing the speed down by the % works very easy for me.

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
