Size for the MMU 2.0 ?
Hi !
Planning a encosure build for my mk3.
I have the MMU on order but cant figure out the height of the mk3 with MMU mounted, and if there is a need for extra free height for filament movement above ?
Also, need advice where to make place for the filament.

Thanks for the replies.
I might need to wait until the MMU arrives before building the enclosure.
The MMU2.0 doesnt seems to add that much height, but the nylon tube does.

According to this thread https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/general-discussion-announcements-and-releases-f53/some-mmu2-info-i-got--t18648.html 15-20 cm additional height will be sufficient to make the MK3+MMU V2 fit.
I cut 15 cm from one set of the tables legs( square clean cut with a miter saw) and glued those together with another set of legs. I used white glue. The joint is barely visible. Need to make the plexi height 590mm instead of stock 440.
The other part of the cut legs will be used on the third table at the bottom, making the total height the same as in the article: https://www.prusaprinters.org/cheap-simple-3d-printer-enclosure/

Re: Size for the MMU 2.0 ?
If I ever get one I will have to mount it from the enclosure I am currently building or place it in the filament section. It is too late to change the main compartment volume.
I hope the length of Bowden from the MMU to the extruder is configurable as mounting it in the filament section with only one tube penetration into the main enclosure makes a lot of sense.

Forgot to write that the IKEA Lack table legs are hollow. I will use them to stow cables to make the build more clean.
