Pronterface?
hmmmm did I miss something or is it impossible to print MMU files by USB connection ?
Don´t tell me I have to juggle with the SD Card now all the time.

I do, but via OctoPrint on RPi 3.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Filament changes are just triggered by G-code (specifically, M403 to send filament types to the MMU2 and T? to trigger selector moves).
