Persistent MK3 Problem!!!

have had my MK3 (kit) for about 7 months, and have always had a problem printing certain models. Size does not seem to matter, and it doesn't show up on every print. But on the models where it is there, it shows up every time I print it from what I can tell. The deep ridges only appear on the side facing the back of the printer for the most part. This past weekend I printed the new y axis part revisions (idler, motor mount, and tensioner) and replaced the ones on my machine, as well as the bearings which I packed with grease this time around. I am using some printed bearing holders instead of the u bolts, and they are working very well. The only part original to the Y now is the belt, which is from before Prusa switched to Gates made ones. The Y axis is now quiet with no play, and works very well but I am still having this problem. I am just not sure what to do next.

A little more information: I have printed hard feet for the machine with felt pads on the bottom. Printer sits on a concrete slab on my desk. I have checked all of the toothed idlers multiple times to make sure their tight.

Hello,

I would help if you posted a picture or two, but from what I read it could be the seam. I am struggling with this kind of issue on and off as well, but there are things you can do to minimize the problem. It shows particular on round objects.

Is your concern the banding in the Z-Axis, highlighted below? It seems to be expanding (farther apart) with elevation, so it might be part related. An area where less material is being extruded and the printer flow averaging changing. But this should occur on all surfaces, not just the back. It would be good to see the entire model or even an stl.
