mmu2s idler engaged during printing
  • hi everyone, I started having problems with mmu2s ... the idle remains partially engaged during printing so the extruder struggles to pull the filament ... I saw that releasing the tension screws is solved ... but I'm letting go of them more and more, it almost seems to get worse day by day ... now they are completely soft ... someone else?

check the two screws retaining the selector drum to the selector motor  to ensure that the drum has not split.

overtightening these screws causes problems with drum location

regards Joan

I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK

First of all, thank you very much for the speed and the help ... it seems that those screws were not tightened, perhaps over time they gave up .... let's hope that was the problem, today I feel good
