Mmu2s delamination

During a multi material print each piece of an object has a perimeter this adds a significant time to the print and makes the object weak internally and will most likely break where 2 outside perimeters meet each other.

1. Is there a setting that allows a slight overlay to really merge the pieces? Most likely would cause pillowing.
2. There could be a stitch inside object outside perimeters to each other function? This would shorten print time greatly and allow for more wipe to infill as the outside perimeters you cant see would no longer need to be said color or even exist at all also drastically increasing multi material overall part strength.
3. I'm not sure if there is anybody looking into this aswell but for now I'm adding dovetail joints ect into the multi piece object to increase strength.

Re: Mmu2s delamination

if you are doing 2 materials that don't stick to each other, you have to do dovetail or some type of pin to get them to "stick"

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
